2021 The eighth generation 911, the Porsche 992, has been available since 2019. The proportions and appearance of the Porsche 992 differ significantly from its predecessor. Its redesigned interior with a digital dashboard is also very eye-catching. In the Porsche 992, there is no longer a narrow and wide body in the Carrera models; they are all the same width. The Porsche 992 is available as a Coupe, Cabrio and Targa. The six-cylinder boxer engines in the rear have between 3.0 and 4.0 liters of displacement and produce 385 to 650 hp. Since 2022, with the Porsche 992 Dakar, a lifted, off-road version of the Porsche 911 is available for the first time.
