Introduced in 1996, the Porsche Boxster 986 ushered in a new era for Porsche. It was the first all-new model since the introduction of the 928 and the brand’s first water-cooled roadster. The 986 combined the classic mid-engine concept with modern technology and delivered a pure driving experience inspired by the legendary 550 Spyder.

In 2000, the more powerful Boxster S entered the market: a version that offered not only more power, but also a sportier suspension, more powerful brakes and a more direct driving experience – in short, a true driver’s car.

This specific car was bought in Germany by its first owner. More than 60 factory options were selected by the first owner. After some years it was exported to the Netherlands an recently registered in Belgium. The car was always maintained well. The maintenace history is present.
Last years the car was owned in a collection with many other oldtimers. It was stored in ideal storage conditions.
Now it has received a big maintenance to prepare it for another may years of pleasure, or stored until its 30th birthday, after it will become official oldtimer.

The electric roof is replaced recently and upgraded with a glass rear window and rear defrost heating.
