The car was acquired by us directly from Imsa Performance in 2022 and imported to the UK.

Although having remained in continuous care and storage at Imsa Peformance, the car had not raced since period and so subsequently, we set about a full programme of preparation of the car for historic racing. The engine and gearbox were fully stripped and rebuilt. Suspension and wheels crack-tested. A new Premier fuel cell fitted, plus new seat, harness and fire extinguisher system fitted. V-box and Pit to Car Radio systems fitted.  All invoices recorded and certificates renewed were put on file, complete with a Historic Technical Passport for Peter Auto – Endurance Racing Legends series.

Maxted-Page ran the car successfully in the 2023 ERL season, finishing 2nd in class (GT2C) in the championship. The car currently remains low on hours (15 hours) and is offered in fully race-ready condition for the 2024 season ahead.

An immensely rewarding car to drive and pure Porsche Motorsport experience. The 997 RSR is the perfect entry to race in the ever growing and popular Endurance Racing Legends, Le Mans Classic, and Masters Endurance Legends series and is sure to continue to be one of the most competitive in class and highly collectible RSRs to own.
