Only 37 examples of the 997 RSR were produced in 2007, and only 98 vehicles were built between 2007 and 2012, making this model a very rare and sought-after version of the Porsche GT racing car.
Our vehicle has the following identification numbers (according to the attached Porsche Motorsport data sheet):
Chassis number: WPOZZZ99Z7S79XXXX
Production number: 047 XXXX
Roll cage: # 92XX
Gearbox number: 2000 XXX
History:
The vehicle was sold new to its first owner, Porsche Motorsport, in March 2007, where it remained until August 2020.
During its stay abroad it had only two owners and was used only for private track days, apart from one Porsche Challenge Cup race.
The vehicle was never involved in an accident and had no other damage.
With less than 7000km on the clock, the vehicle has its original body, engine, gearbox and roll cage, meaning it is complete with original serial numbers and in near mint condition.
The total mileage since the complete engine overhaul is approximately 3,500 km, which corresponds to approximately 26 hours.
The last work that was done recently:
Replace brake discs and pads,
Adjust valves,
Pressure loss test,
Oil change with filter and cleaning of the injection valves.
Gearbox inspection and replacement of four-point bearings,
Crack testing
Final measurement of the axle geometry.
The fuel tank, seat, seat belts and fire extinguishing system have been recently renewed.
The engine is fitted with the correct FIA/CO approved 295mm air restrictors, along with appropriate engine settings from the engine control unit and Bosch software.
Spare parts include two sets of wheels, which are also in good condition, as well as spare body parts (front and rear bumpers, front fenders and side spoilers).
