The Porsche offered here is a 997 GT3 RS with 3.6 liter engine that delivers 415 hp, coupled with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Originally delivered new in Denmark, but due to the extremely high tax on these types of cars there, it has only come on the road in Germany after almost 2 years, a country where this tax is not known.
He was subsequently bought by a Dutchman in Germany in early 2011. He enjoyed it for over 4 years. He has been on holiday with it all over Europe and has had fantastic days on the track. The material has always been treated with respect, as can be seen from the fact that the engine has never been over-run, the paint is still completely original and it was serviced every year, while every two years are required.
In 2015, the man bought a whole new RS from the Porsche dealer where I was working at the time and I traded it in. This 997 GT3 RS was then sold to a collector who gave the Porsche a place of honor, among all kinds of other beautiful Porsches. Now 4 years later, it’s time to hit the road again with the next enthusiast.
The specifications of this RS are perfect, partly due to its fine ceramic brakes (PCCB), the lightweight carbon seats and roll cage. Of course, the sports chrono package is not missing.
To ensure that everything is still in perfect condition, the Porsche went to the dealer for extensive maintenance. He is all set to have fun!
