The extraordinarily high-revving engine has a displacement of 3.6 liters and produces 305 kW (415 hp) at 7,600 revolutions per minute. The maximum speed is reached at 8,400 rpm. Thanks to a closely spaced six-speed gearbox with a single-mass flywheel and the vehicle weight being 20 kilograms lower, the engine revs up even more spontaneously, allowing the 911 GT3 RS to sprint from a standstill to 100 kilometers per hour in 4.2 seconds. The top speed is 310 km/h.
As Porsche's RS homologation vehicles have always been developed for a sporty clientele, the most valuable examples today are those that were not used on the racetrack and by more or less experienced drivers. Since the 997 GT3 RS was only delivered in very small numbers, with only 1909 vehicles delivered worldwide, only very few vehicles remain in pristine new condition.
This is one of them: The car was registered as a new vehicle in Germany on April 18, 2006 to the first and only owner, who was also the person who ordered the vehicle and who still owns the car today.
This GT3 RS is finished in one of the two available special colors and is still completely in its original paint. The untouched original equipment and completely original delivery condition are probably unique.
The highest collector's demands are met due to the very low mileage of currently just 3,775 kilometers, as well as the complete ownership history from first hand with just one entry in the vehicle registration document. The careful handling and care of the vehicle with no race track use, no over-revving and no high speeds has meant that it has remained in this condition since delivery. Actually the exact opposite of what the car was built for, but that is exactly what makes it so rare today. This 997 GT3 RS Clubsport is like a top athlete that has not yet been let off the leash.
Useful extras: In addition to the standard equipment, the Sport Chrono Plus, air conditioning, bi-xenon headlights and the PCM/navigation system are among the additional special options selected ex works.
Unique in this configuration: The Porsche Exclusive Manufactory individually painted parts of the interior in the vehicle color orange. This includes the center console, steering wheel and headrests. The black belts match this harmoniously. The entire interior is still in its factory condition.
In addition to the orange painted details in the interior, the brake callipers were also painted in the vehicle color.
History: Only the first owner and purchaser from Düsseldorf carefully drove the car in. The delivery invoice and the complete on-board folder with the original service booklet, tools and key set, as well as all of the vehicle's documents are available since the order was placed.
