Porsche 997 Turbo Mk2
Presented for the first time to the public at the Frankfurt Motor Show on September 17, 2009, the new Porsche 911 Turbo type 997 phase 2 follows a long line started in 1974. With the now legendary 930 Turbo type presented the first 911 Turbo at the Paris Motor Show. 35 years later, Porsche presented the new flagship of its now wide range.
All the features of the 997 Turbo were once again improved: an all-new engine with a 3.8l engine capacity, 20 horsepower and a top TGV speed of 312 km / h for fuel consumption and a weight down. If it does not want to be the sportiest of the 911 family, the GT3 and GT2 are there for that, the Turbo plays with a talent of “Swiss army knife”, able to drop the children to school like to go ride on circuit.
The 997 Turbo Mk2 now adopts as an option the new 7-speed dual clutch PDK gearbox. The performance of the car is always first-rate, with a 0/100 in 3.4 seconds and the 0/200 in 11.3 seconds.
The proposed car was delivered new in Monaco, it is now plated in France. It’s a second hand, posting 37,000 km on the clock . The car is in very good condition. There are some gravel impacts on the front bonnet, but overall the car presents very well. It is almost in first paint, except for a small retouch on the right rear wing following a key stroke. In mechanics, nothing to report, the car works perfectly.
