Porsche built only 1,287 units of the 996 GT2 worldwide between 2001 and 2005, making it one of the rarest and most hardcore 911s of the water-cooled era. Only 963 units for the Mk1 including US and UK market.
Given these figures, it’s plausible that the number of 996 GT2s imported into Belgium was relatively low.
With no electronic stability control, rear-wheel drive, a twin-turbo Mezger engine producing 462 hp, and carbon ceramic brakes (PCCB), the GT2 was a no-compromise machine aimed at experienced drivers seeking the ultimate analog experience.
This car stands out not only for its originality and low mileage, but also for its factory specification and full documentation, including the original purchase invoice from Porsche.
It is accompanied by its original books, stamped service booklet, both keys, COC, radio code, and over €13,000 in service invoices. A fresh service was just completed at Porsche Classic Center Gelderland (March 2025)
Replacement of the PCCB brake system and air conditioning condensers is also done.

This is one of the cleanest and most original 996 GT2s we’ve come across — a fully documented, Belgian-delivered, low-mileage example in collector-grade condition. With rising market interest and limited supply, the 996 GT2 is quickly becoming one of the most desirable investment-grade modern Porsche models.
A rare chance to own what is arguably one of the best-preserved and most correct examples still in existence.
