This exceptionally well-preserved Porsche 911 (996), which was delivered in Berlin on June 7, 1998, impresses with its rare and elegant color combination of palladium metallic on the outside and a cognac full-leather interior . The vehicle is in excellent condition , both visually and technically.
The full-leather interior is flawless, with no scuffed areas or signs of wear, which is particularly noticeable in comparison to partial leather interiors, which often show signs of wear. Even the vehicle's light-colored carpets look like those on a one-year-old car, which indicates the careful care taken by the owner.
On the outside, the paintwork shines and is in excellent condition. The trunk lid and the left side panel have been cosmetically repainted and show a paint thickness of 190 to 250 micrometers, which indicates a purely cosmetic touch-up. The rest of the bodywork corresponds to the factory paintwork with a thickness of 98 to 130 micrometers. A small blemish can be found on the rear bumper, where a scratch about 5 cm long is visible – caused by an uncooperative flowerpot in the front yard.
Viewed from below, this Porsche is in technically impeccable condition . The wishbones, coupling rods and tie rods on the front axle were recently replaced. The brake discs and pads have a remaining thickness of about 80%, and the tires , which were replaced in early 2022, have a tread depth of around 85%.
A highlight is that the engine was completely replaced around 60,000 km ago as part of a Porsche recall, which is documented by corresponding receipts. The engine runs silky smooth and shows no leaks. The Tiptronic automatic also shifts perfectly and without any jerking.
When driving, this Porsche gives a solid and sporty, tight driving feel, with no annoying noises or rattling from the chassis. The chassis components are in excellent condition, which ensures a pleasantly sporty driving experience.
The maintenance booklet is stamped almost without gaps, and the last MOT, which was carried out in May 2024, was passed without any defects.
