In the last model year, 1998, Porsche only built around 550 copies of the 993 Turbo. It is assumed that about 20% of them were equipped with the WLS 2 ex works and only about 50 of them were produced for the German market. Therefore, this model is even rarer than a real "993 Turbo S", which is technically identical and was equipped with the same engine. With the GT2 technology, 2 larger turbochargers and a new control unit, the performance has been increased from 408 to 450 hp. The WLS 2 got an additional oil cooler ex works, as well as the double pipe exhaust system and, in addition, Litronic headlights for better visibility. In addition, he received an automatic cruise control system, an on-board computer, and a sound package for those for whom the sound from the rear is not enough. In the interior, the discreet sportsman unashamedly commits to luxury: the extended special full leather interior in light gray includes the rare sports seats, the lower door panels, the center console and the rear seats. Conclusion: For us, this is the ultimate air-cooled Porsche – and from the last model year at that. This specimen, which is suitable both as a driving and collector's vehicle, comes up with exciting technology and superior attributes. With only one change of owner and a complete maintenance history – exclusively Porsche center – this vehicle from a German delivery with a mileage of less than 60,000 km and also completely in the first paint is a rare phenomenon. This exceptional vehicle is made for all those for whom a normal 993 Turbo is too ordinary and for whom an original 993 Turbo S is simply too valuable if you want to drive the car carefree. On April 6th, 1998 the first delivery to the first owner took place through the Porsche Center Osnabrück. In 2009 the car was registered to the second and last owner. The vehicle was registered to these two owners at all times, there are no other letters or owners. The original vehicle registration document and the original checkbook with complete service history (14 Porsche Center checkbook entries since delivery!) as well as on-board folder and operating instructions are available. The body is in very good condition. The closing behavior and the fitting accuracy of the doors and hoods is impeccable.
Exterior paintwork
Based on the paint layer thickness measurement carried out and the resulting values, it can be assumed that the paintwork is the original paintwork at the factory level. After or touch-ups could not be determined.

All add-on parts of the vehicle are complete. They are in pristine condition all round.

The glazing of the vehicle is free of stone chips and scratches. All seals on the vehicle are original and a perfect fit.

Aggregate engine
Due to the completely traceable history, we assume that the engine and transmission are the original units of the vehicle. The entire engine compartment, including the engine and its attachments, are in new condition. The cold start behavior and the engine running over the entire temperature range up to the constant operating temperature are impeccable.
