The Porsche 993 is the last air-cooled 911 in the 911’s rich history. It was introduced in late 1993 as the successor to the 964, from which it adopted many features. Especially at the front with the typical front wings with round headlights. The rear was made a bit wider and more rounded. On the technical front, a number of improvements were made, including a 6-speed gearbox, larger perforated front brake discs and an aluminium multi-link suspension at the rear.
The 993’s engine was the legendary 3.6-litre boxer engine, which produced 272 hp in the basic version. In this 1997 993, there is already the 3.6-litre six-cylinder with VarioRam (variable intake collector) good for 285 hp.
