The vehicle was rebuilt for a customer by a Porsche specialist workshop in France in 2005. The customer wanted to enjoy the power and looks of a 993 Bi-Turbo in a convertible. The basis was a 993 Cabriolet from 1995 which was professionally converted regardless of the cost. The complete technology and also the complete interior of a 993 Bi-Turbo WLS 1 was installed. The body was completely converted to the wide original 993 Turbo look using new Porsche parts. The vehicle gives the impression that it came off the production line in Zuffenhausen exactly as it was. This is not a “tinkering shop”, but the realization of an exclusive dream vehicle, which was unfortunately never built in series by Porsche.
