Exterior
The Germans are hard at work to shake off the colorless image in the car industry. Rarely have we seen a Porsche with as much soul and character as this one! As sober as a blue-gray body sounds to your ears, it looks so exciting in real life. But even if you put the 991.2 Targa 4S in a trash bag, we still think it is sexy…
The extra pronounced wheel arches and the minimalist design of the connecting piece between the rear light units are both characteristic of the 4S models. The MKII version distinguishes itself by means of modified bumper (spoiler) s and a double, more centrally positioned exhaust. The silver Targa bracket is just as traditional as the original; with this, Porsche reverts to earlier Elfers with a removable roof panel. The Sport Design exterior mirrors and 20-inch Carrera S wheels with Satin Black finish make this optical spectacle piece from Zuffenhausen more than complete!
Interior & equipment
The builders must have thought clean and tidy. A 911 interior nowadays has little frills and a fairly businesslike design compared to sporty competitors. But the finish of this one does it: super chic Espresso natural leather on just about any part you can imagine. The heated leather steering wheel, the steering column, door panels, the dashboard, as well as the tunnel console front + rear are equipped with the same tasteful tint.
Heated + ventilated adaptive sports seats (!) Contain the legendary Porsche weapon in the headrests as the ultimate finishing touch. A Bose audio system provides extra atmosphere when the accelerator pedal is not floored. While the parking package (including camera and sensors front + rear) ensures that all this beauty remains beautiful during parking.
Technology & performance
So 420 hp, divided over 4 wheels. Still want a little bit? Say that: 0-100 km / h goes in 4.2 seconds in combination with PDK. For comparison: that’s even one tenth of a rapper than the non-facelift version in GTS trim! Made possible by 2 turbos, which increase the torque to 500 Nm. The 991.2 requires only 3.0 liters to run the 6-cylinder boxer engine at a top speed of 301 km / h, compared to the 3.8 liters from its predecessor. In terms of sound, the Porsche does not seem to care much about all the blowing from your own room: this Targa 4S also still sounds like a sports car pur sang. In short, open the roof and enjoy!
With kind regards,
Prince Esclusivo
