The technology: The switch from the old 3.4- and 3.8-liter naturally aspirated engines to the new Bi-Turbo 3.0 initially set off alarm bells for many 911 drivers. Luckily that was short-lived, because get behind the wheel of this generation 911 and you'll see that the addition of two small turbos brings many advantages. The new turbo engines have more power, more torque and are also more fuel efficient. As impressive to drive as ever, with enormous everyday comfort and superior balance in the corners. It's still a boxer engine with the characteristic noise, accompanied by a slight whistle from the turbos.
performance. The 991.2 Carrera S is a serious sports car with 420 hp and 500 Nm of torque. The launch control function perfectly distributes the drive forces to all four wheels, so that the sprint from 0-100 km/h is completed in just 3.8 seconds. The top speed is 303 km/h. To put all the numbers in perspective: That's a sprint time just as fast as the legendary and also 4-wheel drive Porsche 997(.1) Turbo (!).
Origin and maintenance. The car was delivered by Porsche Stuttgart and arrived in the Netherlands 3 years later (20219). All required maintenance was carried out at the following mileages. The work carried out is of course noted in the complete service booklet.

Paint measurement, tires and brakes. We carry out a paint measurement as standard during our purchase inspection. The car is in its first paint, with a blemish on the trunk lid. This one has been sprayed over for cosmetic reasons. The front tires have a tread of 4.5 mm (point 4919) and the rear tires more than 5.5 mm (point 1722). The brakes are good all around.
