1992 Porsche 964 Carrera RS N/GT “Macau”. The 964 Carrera RS is a car steeped in legend and glory. Being a literal race car for the road, and sharing more components with competition cars than than more road-focused 911s, the 964 Carrera RS is still seen as one of the most desirable 911s. Built for the Group N & ADAC Race series, the N/GT Carrera RS is on even a greater diet than the “regular” RS, having the M003 package. With lighter doors, hood, glass, coupled with zero sound deadening and insulation, the N/GT is a serious bit of kit. Further illustrating that point is the roll cage, Recaro seats, and a larger fuel tank. Other enhancements include stiffer suspension by Bilstein, a roll cage and 17 in. magnesium wheels. 260-270 bhp is produced by the 3.6 liter flat-six, and when paired with a ZF 5-speed manual transaxle, is driving perfection.
