Based on the original service booklet, the first owner of the vehicle took delivery on November 10, 1989, in San Francisco, California. The dealer-recorded services range from 20 miles to 160,091 miles, spanning from 1989 to 2011. The second owner, Mr. Waddell, purchased the car on December 21, 1992, and owned it until 1997 when it was sold to the third owner. Following its relocation to San Francisco, the 964 was religiously serviced by Niello Porsche in Rocklin, California. Ownership of the 964 changed three more times in 2007, 2019, and again in 2022.
