The car was sold in September 2008 and then arrived in its new home in Baden-Württemberg a few weeks later in October. Its owner there took care of the professional adaptation of the Speedster to the German StVZO by a well-known Porsche specialist. Here the speedometer was also adjusted from 27,873 miles to 44,858 KM. In addition, the new, multi-part black aluminum rims were mounted, a fresh service and minor work, as well as the painting of the trunk lid for cosmetic reasons, was carried out. People had enjoyed the open Zuffenhausen for several years before it found its way to the next Porsche enthusiast in the vicinity of Munich in 2012. Here, too, the car received the care and attention it deserves. The black Speedster changed hands for the last time at the end of 2016, but remained in the region and has since been in the hands of a Porsche connoisseur and is part of a fine sports car and classic collection. Here he also got the currently installed sports bucket seats installed. The original rims and original seats are of course available.
Very fresh in April 2021, a major service was carried out at Porsche with an engine and transmission oil change, as well as a brake fluid change. In addition, the vehicle was completely checked. The 964 Speedster is therefore in a very neat, accident-free and original condition with a flawless history and also technically in the absolute best condition and is now ready for the next enthusiast.
