The low mileage of just 128,900 km can be proven 100% via the service booklet, invoices and TÜV documents that go back to 1993.
We bought the car in the summer of 2023 and carried out all the necessary technical repairs. So a new major maintenance service was carried out, the engine was removed and the chain cases were sealed, the valve covers, fan wheel and housing were cleaned and blasted, the speed bolts were reset and provided with O-rings, 12 new spark plugs were installed, a new ignition coil and distributor checked and new distributor caps and new distributor rotors installed. The entire heating and ventilation system was checked and defective servomotors were replaced and an air conditioning service was carried out. The front wishbones were also replaced. The chassis was remeasured, the rims were repainted and new Michelin tires with Porsche N markings were fitted. The major service is of course recorded in the maintenance book.
New door speakers were also installed and, if desired, a new Blaupunkt SQR 46 DAB radio can be installed. The taillights and center band, which had faded due to age, were also replaced with new units.
In 2007, when the mileage was 118,000, the engine was removed and dismantled by the Porsche Center in Wuppertal. In the course of this work, the cylinders and cylinder heads were redesigned, and the invoice for €7,000 is also available.
The windshield was also replaced at 123,000 km in 2011.
Overall, there is very extensive documentation for the vehicle.
This is your opportunity to purchase a well-preserved and well-maintained Porsche 964 Carrera 2 Coupé in an extremely rare and popular color combination.
