The Porsche 924 is a sports car manufactured by Porsche AG in Germany from 1976 to 1988. Intended to replace the company's 914 model, the 924 was the first road car designed by Porsche's new parent company, Volkswagen. The 924 was powered by a water-cooled 2.0-liter four-cylinder front engine mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. It was available in two versions: the base model, which featured a Zenith carburettor, and the 924 S, which featured an injection engine and more powerful chassis. Praised for its handling and balance, the 924 was very popular with enthusiasts and collectors.
This Porsche 924 S was first registered on January 22, 1986 at Porsche AG in Stuttgart before being sold to the public a year later.
The Porsche has a German registration and is currently deregistered. It is technically fine 2022 rod bearings and the timing belt has been changed.
