The original manufacturer's color of the Porsche is referred to as Indian red, according to the current owner, only the front and rear fenders and the front apron, which were made at the factory from fiberglass-reinforced plastic, were repainted. All sheet metal parts on the vehicle are still in a well-preserved original paintwork, there are no visible defects. There is no rust on the body, no external modifications can be seen. The body gaps are all around in a fault-free condition.
A Carrera GT with forged Fuchs rims in the dimension 7J x 15 was delivered as standard, at a surcharge larger rims in the size 7J x 16 at the front and 8J x 16 at the rear could be delivered. These rims are mounted on the Porsche, new tires are used as tires, the braking system is in good condition. In terms of chassis technology, the Carrera GT appears to be in a condition that corresponds to the original condition.
In the interior, the red / black fabric sports seats are in a neat condition. Except for a sports steering wheel and a professional trip master, everything is in its original condition. The Tripmaster can be upgraded at any time, all original parts are available. The dashboard is not torn, the footwell carpet is free of stains and neither the steering wheel nor the gear knob are scuffed. The entire interior is in a clean condition, there are no defects. Even the door panels prove to be free of damage and the headliner does not hang down.
The speedometer shows a total mileage of 137,000 kilometers, which can be proven by a fully stamped checkbook as well as by various canceled invoices and TÜV reports. In addition, the instruments must be certified to be fully functional.
The original is the 210 hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. In terms of the engine, the Porsche is in good condition and the original 5-speed manual gearbox can also be switched through without any problems. A new service has only recently been carried out and the transmission has undergone an overhaul.
There are no abnormalities to be attached to the sub-floor, it is rust-free and apparently has a healthy substance. The current owner suggests that the underside of the Porsche Carrera GT could be optimized by dry ice blasting.
