The Porsche 914 was launched in 1969 and was the result of the collaboration between Porsche and Volkswagen. The example we offer is the most sought-after version, equipped with the Porsche 6-cylinder engine. Registered for the first time on 12 February 1971, it has been the source of much joy to its last owner for more than 16 years, and has known only 2 owners for 23 years. Since its purchase in 2001, the owner maintained it with care, demonstrated by the file showing numerous restoration and maintenance work.
Regular maintenance was carried out by Almeras Frères, including the replacement of the four shock absorbers, four discs, the rear brake hoses, the clutch, the flywheel, the starter and the bearings of the wheels.
Restored in the past, the car has just recently received a coat of paint, an engine overhaul, new seats, seat belts, roll cage, fuel tank, blue Pagids brake pads and much more! Many photos of the restauration and the car come with the invoice folder. In a beautiful state and running perfectly, this desirable green 914/6 with black interior is perfect and ready to go after just participating in the legendary Tour Auto and finishing 9th overall!
The 914, in its 6 cylinder version, is very much sought after, as it does very well in rallies thanks to its exceptional handling. Our neat example, with its ravishing look and its targa roof, will delight you every time you climb aboard.
