The vehicle in detail

In the months that followed, there were a few things to do, and a total of around 30,000 euros were invested in the technology. This was completely overhauled: the engine was dismantled due to unusual noises and rebuilt and adjusted with new bearings and new Mahle cylinder heads. Most of the chassis rubbers were replaced, the axles were stripped of paint, derusted and painted. On the underbody, part of the floor was replaced due to rust, but otherwise no bodywork was necessary. The entire vehicle was then dry ice blasted from below, preserved with fresh underbody protection and sealed with wax. The entire brake system was overhauled. The original seats were removed, new S-seats purchased and freshly covered with houndstooth and artificial leather. Innumerable small details were added in the course of this work, and detailed documentation based on invoices is available.

8 summers and unfortunately just under 5,000 km later, this wonderful piece is back for sale. There is not much more to say. The video and the pictures speak for themselves. Let's go, the car is waiting to be driven.
