Porsche 911 Turbo S
An explosive powerhouse with manners. This asphalt devouring Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet from 2014, seems to know no limits when it comes to pure driving sensation. Still, the ‘über 991’ is very good to drive ‘quietly’. This makes it suitable for every day. And at the same time the absolute king of traffic lights. A unique mix!
Exterior
This Turbo S adds an extra sporty touch with its striking but very functional details such as the characteristic air slots behind the doors, extra wide buttocks, modified bumpers and of course the typical Turbo spoiler on the aft deck.
Furthermore, this model is equipped with 20 inch large Turbo S-rims, with bright yellow calipers behind. The striking complexion is particularly attractive with the understated Tiefschwarzmetallic paintwork. The Ceramic Composite Brake system proves in turn that it is serious with this Porsche. They are a precursor to the immense potential of this speed demon.
Interior
Inside the ‘Elfer’ the black / yellow line is steadily being continued. And in the form of Schwarz leather upholstery (also at the back of the chairs!), Finished with yellow stitching and ditto belts. The ‘racy’ carbon interior package, as well as the carbon door sills with illuminated Turbo S logo, fit seamlessly with the circuit aspirations of this amazing Porsche. In addition, with the bright yellow belts literally and figuratively the impressive stopping power is accentuated, based on the color match with the calipers.
Equipment
The main purpose of the strikingly colored belts is and remains of course keeping the driver and passenger as close as possible when the Turbo S is pushed to the limit. The same applies to the electrically adjustable adaptive sports seats with adaptive seat ventilation. In the heat of the battle, the necessary cooling is provided at places where you do not want to overheat. This way you can focus purely and exclusively on what really matters: driving.
On the other hand, the front occupants also have the use of seat heating, for when things are less severe on board the Porsche. Very nice with the winter in the offing. And other things also make it extra pleasant to stay in the Turbo S. What about a Burmester High-End Surround Sound audio system that produces the most delicious sounds through no less than 12 output channels, good for a total power of 821 watts. The Turbo S also lacks in comfort: a reversing camera and Porsche Entry & Drive (keyless) are included.
This fabulous 911 Cabriolet clearly has two faces: a delightful, comfortable boulevard cruiser, which turns out to be a full-blooded racer with the same ease. And on both fronts the 991 Turbo S is approaching perfection. There are few cars that know how to manage that for each other. One of them can now be admired in our showroom. Do we see you soon?
