Body restoration:
Before the revision, the body had a very good substance (unwelded, accident-free and corrosion-free) and thus formed an optimal starting point for a high-quality restoration.
The following work was carried out:
- Body stripped all around using glass bead/plastic blasting
- Underbody dry ice blasted
- paintwork
General overhaul engine/transmission:

This 930 was delivered from the factory with the 930/66 engine variant. The original engine is installed in the vehicle (matching). In the course of the restoration, the original 4-pipe exhaust system of the 930 factory performance upgrade (WLS) was installed. This could also be ordered separately for vehicles without an increase in performance via Porsche Exclusive.
The power unit of this 3.3 Turbo has been completely overhauled. It was important to reuse as many original parts as possible:
- turbocharger
- cylinder kit
- pistons, piston rings
- connecting rod, connecting rod bearing
- crankshaft bearings
- bearing cups
- seals
- etc.
transmission
- New gearbox bell built – gearbox accordingly not matching
- Renewal or overhaul of all components such as main bearings, fixed/shift gears, synchronizer rings, seals and much more.
- Renewal clutch kit
- etc.
Landing gear:
All chassis parts were replaced in the course of the restoration or overhauled according to factory specifications. All wearing parts such as
- wishbone
- shock absorber
- tie rods
- rear axle braces
- etc.
were renewed.
Restoration interior:
Contrary to the delivery condition with black full leather, the interior was saddled in light gray to match the Paint to Sample exterior color "Prussian blue metallic". In order to preserve the originality, contemporary carpets were used in the original pile in the same colour. This color combination was available from the factory.
- Seats upholstered in real leather, light grey
- Rear seat backrest in authentic light gray carpet
- Dashboard in real leather light gray
- Steering wheel in real leather light gray
- Faithful carpets light gray
- etc.

- Delivery by authorized Porsche dealers in France in 1988
- Import to Germany in 2010
- First owner in Germany since 2010
