Porsche 911 T
Highlights
- Very resonably priced
- Upgraded 2,7 engine
- Ready to be enjoyed
This car is a 1970 2.2T Targa delivered from new in Germany. In 1997 the German owner carried out a major restoration and update of body, interior as well as mechanic. When restoring the body, it received SC rear wings and updated chairs in the cabin. The engine was exchanged with an updated 2.7 unit, which was approved by Porsche Kundendienst and listed in the official German papers. A modern DANSK exhaust provide the right raspy exhaust sound when driving open top.
In 2006 the car was imported to Denmark and registered in the Copenhagen area. It has since had 2 owners. Following a light refurbishment the car is now ready to be enjoyed by its new owner. The car as such is not original nor “matching numbers” – which is clearly reflected by the price – and can be enjoyed as is or be the basis of a restomod project. No matter what, the car drives extremely well and fully lives up to the expectation of a classic Targa Porsche.
