This stunning example of the 1970 2.2 litre 911 T was originally finished in Sepia Brown with Basket weave Leatherette trim. Original documents from Porsche Germany include the build sheet confirming the car is a matching numbers example. After the car was purchase and imported from the USA, in 2017, it underwent a fully restoration by a well-known specialist. Rotisserie restored, over a three-year period at an extensive cost, this car was stripped fully and built from the ground up with money no object. The decision was made early on to change from the Sepia Brown to a more modern and contemporary silver with a tan leather retrim to the seats and door cards. Sadly, upon completion COVID hit and the plans to tour the car through Europe had to be shelved, a handful of UK drives and car shows followed but with just 495km on the clock and an engine just ‘run in’ it has been decided to pass the car onto its next custodian.
