The vehicle in detail

In November 2014 – at a stand of 238.500km – the restoration of the SC was started and no effort was spared.
The bodywork was completely stripped, sandblasted, put on the mould bench, provided with an epoxy coating and painted in Minerva blue metallic.
The engine block was built entirely according to your wishes, using new pistons and cylinders. The cylinder heads were overhauled and fitted with larger valves, new and sharper camshafts were placed, the crankshaft was sharpened, balanced, programmable cartronicset added, … A new stainless steel sports exhaust and carbon sport air filter completes the whole. The above adjustments result in a beautiful running engine, good for 270 HP! Of course, the gearbox was also adapted to this and completely overhauled.

Finally, the suspension was also completely to your liking. Tailor-made shock absorbers, polyurethane bushings, adapted braking system, … These are only a few remarkable interventions.
The interior, the counters, the wiring harness, really every part – every item was carefully and very professionally restored!
It is clear that this 911 can’t be compared to any other specimen.
The total restoration cost is +128.000 EUR and is fully documented! Photos and invoices available.

Meanwhile, the exceptional and in new condition 911SC has walked 5600km after restoration (April 2018) and the car is ready for a new owner. This only for a fraction of the restoration cost!

History:

In 1963 Porsche brought the successor of the 356 on the market. At that time still with type designation 901, but soon this should change to 911. This created the most iconic sports car ever.

Throughout the years several generations would arise. The first series was delivered with a 2.0L strong 6 cylinder, good for about 130 HP. Soon this would increase to a 2.2L to end with a 2.4L engine, good for 190 HP in the S-model.

The 2nd generation – known by connoisseurs as the ‘G-model’ – was available from 1974 and was equipped with a 2.7L, but also this would increase to 3L in 1978 and finally – from 1984 – switch to a 3.2L engine, good for 231 HP. The production would continue until 1989.
