1976 Porsche 911S, is in great near original condition with just over 79K miles original miles, no rust, and 1000 miles since a full motor rebuild along with fresh clutch. Painted in Silver Metallic/Z2 over Black Partial Leather/16. A Porsche Certificate of Authenticity confirms the color along with matching engine. The car was first delivered to Ted Trudon PORSCHE AUDI of Talcottville, CT December of 1975.
At 78,710 miles the 911 had the engine completely rebuilt, polished journals, reface valve seats, fresh pistons, all seals, Carrera chain tensioners, to the tune of $19K. Other service in October includes a new battery, ignition switch, and new 205/65/R15 Continental tires.
Overall in great condition with limited cosmetic blemishes that can be seen in the photo gallery. The acrylic paint has aged creating small blemishes throughout. Three small paint chips exposing the zinc dipped body are the most noteworthy blemishes. The interior is in almost new condition with only a tear in the seam of the driver seat. A Blaupunkt of the era operates well sending sound through the door speakers. A factory optioned 380mm Sport steering wheel with minimal wear, the gauges all function properly and in great shape. Factory equipped air conditioning with all parts present except compressor. When taking a look at the chassis no rust can be found with much of the undercoating and cosmoline. The brakes have been recently replaced with factory configured suspension providing a comfortable but responsive ride. Very tight steering with no play, or noise form the suspension.
An excellent drivers car that you can fire up on the first crank and drive all day and anywhere with zero hesitation. Blemishes aside, the originality and over $22K in service in the last 1000 miles.
