The vehicle in detail

This 1983 Porsche 911SC is far from stock and gives you the high performance air cooled 911 experience you’re looking for. From the hopped up 225HP 3.0, that makes the best noises at high revs through the RSR exhaust right down to the Boxster front brakes that provide excellent stopping power. The SC grips the road with the help from Bilstein Coilovers and Toyo Proxes tires. Adjustable sway bars in the front and adjustable spring plates in the rear. This car has been corner balanced and dialed from a proven Porsche racing mechanic. IROC front and rear bumpers along with 935 mirrors, whale tail and splitter were all professionally painted and installed. A clear bra has protected the front end of the car over the years. A sunroof delete panel has been installed to saves weight. The 911 has been repainted at some point in its life in the original L700 black. Custom built staggered 3 Piece Fuchs wheels were professionally machined by Andrew Eagan of A&R AutoWerks, a known Race Shop specializing in Porsche. The added stiffness from the half cage and front strut brace tie in all of the upgraded suspension components. Stopping power comes from Boxster front brakes and rotors with Hawk racing pads. A fabricated mount was built for the Tilton Master Cylinders and balance bar. The original 5-Speed transaxle was beefed up upon rebuild. Overall mechanical condition is excellent, zero issues of any sort to report. Cosmetically the car has paint chips and small scratches here and there and the car is lacking a headliner. Overall this is about as much fun you can have in a street car 911, the sound is right, the steering is tight, and the thumbs up are never ending.
