HCC is proud to present this 1970 Porsche 911T RSR tribute featuring a 3.4L Supertec-built flat-6 and a livery echoing that of Leo Kinnunen’s 1973 911 RSR that notched 3rd place at that year’s Targa Florio.
The heart of this RSR tribute began as a 3.2L flat-six out of a 1986 911 that was rebuilt by Supertec in 2003 to displace 3.4L and features JE 9.5:1 compression pistons, SebCams 20/21 cams, Supetrech studs, EBS Racing valve springs, Carrera tensioners, upgraded oil pump, Turbo valve covers, SSI heat exchangers, and a Focus 9 ECU with Steve Wong chip. The odometer was reset at the time of engine installation and the odometer now shows just over 22k miles. Power is put to the ground through a 5 speed manual 915 gearbox out of a later “G model” 911 with a Wevo shifter.
