This 911 3.2 Targa is in beautiful overall condition, and has undergone a great deal of work to ensure that it is in perfect mechanical working order.
Exterior: The bodywork is in generally good condition. The headlights, paintwork, rims and sealing elements show no major defects. The car still has its original paintwork, except for the two rear wings which have been repainted to correct traces of gravelling. The targa roof has been refurbished and is functional.
Interior: The interior of this 911 looks very good. The seats have been reupholstered and the carpets are in good condition. The dashboard has a crack and the steering wheel has a patina. The owner considers these minor cosmetic defects to be part of the charm of vintage cars, and has chosen not to correct them. All on-board instrumentation is functional.
Powertrain: The 3.2-liter flat-6 engine works perfectly. Following a number of sealing problems, the owner decided to have the engine completely rebuilt by a recognized specialist (over €20,000 in costs, invoices to support this.) The clutch was also changed.
The braking, transmission and suspension systems are in good working order.
Underframes: The underpinnings of this 991 are sound, with no perforating rust.
