On July 25, 1989, this example was delivered by the dealer Georg Rittersbacher, Kaiserslautern to the first owner in Munich, Dr. Wolf Zweifler. The original order is available, as is the original invoice. Dr. Zweifler did not drive the car, however, but kept it as an investment in his collection. The second and to date last owner took possession of the vehicle on May 13, 2002, with a mileage of 36 km. To date, only these two entries are recorded in the original letter.
With a current total mileage of just 5,880 kilometers, this Speedster is probably the example with the lowest known mileage. Furthermore, according to our expertise, the car is in an almost untouched condition, both visually and technically.
We have had several Speedsters with low mileage, but we have never seen such an exceptional, completely original and untouched example ourselves. In addition to the original condition, the body of the vehicle is still 100% at the level of the original paint. The paint layer measurement shows no repainting. Likewise, no deviations from the delivery condition were found.
All stickers, as well as the protective coating on the underbody, are still completely as they were when they were applied at the factory. Rubbers, strips and seals have survived the 36 years untouched. Likewise, the plastic parts, the engine insulation mat and the yellow galvanized parts in the engine compartment are free of wear. The technical function test was also flawless.
The original Fuchs rims are untreated and are also in a new condition.
The entire trunk area is also in an untouched overall condition.
The special equipment is also interesting because it not only includes a stronger battery and the rare rear luggage compartment with additional storage space, but above all the limited-slip differential (40%) was ordered in combination with the shortened gear lever. The smaller sports steering wheel and an alarm system as well as the higher-quality velour carpet were also installed.
The car has been serviced throughout in Germany at the Porsche Center in Würzburg and has the complete (Speedster) operating manual including the logbook, as well as the complete and original key and tool set, which is in an unused and still originally welded condition.
By storing it in a humidor, the vehicle has been preserved over the years and is in a flawless and as good as new condition and collector's item.

The body is in unrestored standard condition all around. The body is well protected against rust in all respects. The vehicle was stored dry the entire time. The entire vehicle, including the floor, is free of any signs of rust. The gaps are even all around. Doors and hoods close perfectly. There are no fall defects or protrusions. The underbody is free of damage or wear. The entire area around the engine and transmission is free of atypical oil deposits.
To the best of our knowledge, the vehicle has not been in an accident. There is no damage to the body.
Exterior paintwork
Based on our measurements and the derived measured values, the paintwork is completely at the original paint level. No traces of repainting or touch-up painting could be found.

All attachments of the vehicle are complete. They are in as good as new condition.
Glazing
The glazing of the vehicle is completely free of stone chips and scratches.
Interior
Seats and trim
The entire seating system and the side trim as well as the roof liner and the center console are in as good as new condition. There is no damage.

The vehicle has the standard instruments, which are all in technically and visually perfect condition. All instruments work properly. There is no wear and tear on the entire interior of the vehicle, including the Speedster roof.
Engine components
Due to the low mileage and the traceable history, it can be assumed that the engine and gearbox are the vehicle's original components.
