Prior to sale, the car was inspected for us by Autofarm and they have since carried out an extensive refurbishment to bring it up to the best level. Much of this work was detailed cosmetic correction (£21,000) but we have also given the engine a top end rebuild (£12,300), repaired some rot in the front boot panel (£2,900) and, finally, undertaken extensive snagging (£3,000).

Our thoughts
Rare and prized by drivers, the 3.2 Carrera Club Sport is a special car that was built between 1987 and 1989. Just 380 Carrera Club Sports are said to have been built, with 53 C16 right-hand drive cars in total brought to the UK.
The changes that Porsche made to the Club Sport, intended to appeal to those drivers taking their cars club racing at weekends, substantially increase its focus and enjoyment on the road.
