Presented at the Frankfurt show 1983, the 911 3.2 does not evolve aesthetically compared to the last SC, except for certain details. Rims include serial phone rims in 15 inches, Fuchs are still available as an option.
The engine of the Carrera 3.2 had to take into account many constraints in terms of consumption and pollution for sale in the US market, the first market of Porsche. The block is the aluminum block of the SC raised to 3 164 cm3 of cubic capacity, and developing now 231 cv against 204 hp for the last SC. The K-jetronic is replaced by a new Bosch DME ignition and injection control system.
The gearbox is at first the 915 developed for the 2.4S in 1972. The great evolution of the 3.2 will come from 1987 with the appearance of the G50 box, developed by Getrag, faster and more accurate than the 915 .
The proposed car is a 3.2 G50 of 1987 in a Lagunengruen configuration (Lagoon green), which is rather badly named, the color much more like a Sky Blue. The interior is mid leather / green velvet.
This 3.2 was delivered new in Germany and had 5 owners. She has been in France since the end of the 90’s. She is equipped with the following options:
197 – battery 88 A / h,
220 – differential lock (40%),
401 – light alloy wheels,
425 – rear wiper,
528 – Passenger Side Exterior Mirror, Convex Mirror,
559 – air conditioning,
650 – electric sunroof.
The car has been very regularly maintained throughout his life, the maintenance book is present. The current owner owns the car since 2012, she was followed at Porsche Velizy and Saint Maur. The record of maintenance over this period is consequent, with more than 20 000 euros of expenses (current maintenance, clutch, …). The last revision was done in October 2018. In mechanics it works very well. This car has run little with its current owner (less than 10,000 km in 7 years) and needs to drive regularly.
The cosmetic state of the car is very good. A veil of paint was applied a few years ago. The painting is of good quality, the alignments are good. There is no trace of accident or shock. The car presents very well. The interior is not damaged, whether on leather or fabrics.
