The vehicle in detail

The RWB workshop is credited with notable case studies on 911 models spanning many generations of the famous Porsche sports car—notably the 930 (1975–1989), 964 (1989–1994)and 993 (1995–1998). This example was completed at Porsche’s Stuttgart factory on 19 January 1995, and configured as a Carrera Coupé with a 3.6-litre engine. Originally finished in Iris Blue Metallic over a Grey and Blue leather interior, the Porsche was destined for its first owner in Puerto Rico.

Purchased by its consigning owner in June 2016, the Porsche was exported to Dubai, where work begun on the most incredible transformation. The car was stripped back to its shell and resprayed in Mexico Blue, with accompanying photographs documenting this extensive undertaking. Work to reassemble the car began in late-2016 as part of a triple-car project by Nakai in Dubai, with each car taking just two days to convert. This vehicle was given the unique name “Hideyoshi,” after the 16th Century Japanese Samurai, Toyotomi Hideyoshi. After the conversion, a new black leather and Alcantara interior was installed in the vehicle.

On 17 June 2021, acclaimed Japanese artist Roamcouch painted the doors and sills. This was the first and only vehicle Roamcouch is known to have worked on, and the design is entirely unique. Mechanically, this 911 was serviced in October 2021 by Alex Renner Motors Garage LLC of Dubai, at a cost of 6,605 Emirati dirham (approximately £1,335). The engine oil and filter were changed, along with the cabin filter, fuel filter and spark plugs. Additionally, three belts were replaced, including the turbo belt and two V-belts .

This completely reinvented Porsche 911 Carrera Coupé presents an enticing opportunity to acquire a unique one-off bearing the incredible craftsmanship of Nakai and RWB.
