According to the consignor, this striking example is said to be in largely original condition throughout. It boasts light yellow paintwork, a repaint in its original colour, and the red leather interior with matching carpets presents very well for its age. Importantly, it is accompanied for sale by a toolkit, space-saver spare wheel, owner’s manuals, and correct period radio.

1974 Porsche 911 – RM Sotheby’s
Nineteen seventy-four marked the launch of the ‘G’ programme of 911s, equipped with energy-absorbing bumpers, a new interior featuring reprofiled seats with integrated headrests, upgraded door trims, and dash-mounted side vents to demist the windows. Under the bonnet the 2.7-litre flat six-cylinder engine produced 150 bhp at 5,700 rpm, which propelled the car to a top speed of 209 km/h.
