It went back to the dealership for a service in 1967 and from then remained in France. In 2015 owner Danguin Pascal carried out an extensive restoration, sourcing the correct period parts from Porsche specialists across Europe. Today the car is in perfect condition and comes with a history file containing recent invoices, a certificate of authenticity, its original service record, and an owner’s manual.

1965 Porsche 911 – RM Sotheby’s
This delightful example was among those in the first full year of production—denoted by the 300 chassis number—and left the factory in March 1965 finished in Signal Red with a Black leather interior. The only options fitted were Dunlop 165/15 tyres. The 703rd example, it was destined for the Sonauto dealership in Paris, where it was registered a month later.
