But good things take a while. In December of the same year, our scout in Ohio found a Porsche 356 from that very year. However, the vehicle was white, and according to statements of the then owner always white. An information from Porsche revealed at that time that the original color was unknown according to the documents, but we at least learned that this coupe left on April 24, 1956 the band.
However, our excellent contacts with the company Reutter also helped us to find out which color really existed. Lo and behold, it was the first metallic color (except silver gray) that Porsche wanted to introduce to the market, Lago Green Metallic. A color that should only be available in 1956 (thereafter only as a special color with extra charge).
So the dream of our customer was fulfilled, and we had saved another Porsche 356.
But as life goes, dreams change, especially after they have been realized.
The family planning of the customer has changed so far that a two-seater vehicle has no more room in the meanwhile many-headed family with which it is now for sale.
The vehicle has a H license plate with Munich license (the vehicle has been moved only 1000km), is currently with us and can be driven at any time sample.
The customer only wants to return his investment of 160,000 EUR, a guarantee from our side to the vehicle is self-evident.
