The Porsche 993 cabriolet offered here for sale is a so called “one off” car, with the exterior paint finish in “chiffon white”. As far as we know is it the only Porsche 993 cabriolet ever finished in “chiffon white”. In addition the car was equipt with many many factory istalled options and so called X-codes (X-codes for leather covered window switches, leather covered loud speaker housing, leather covered hand brake lever etc etc). The car was used originally at Porsche North America headquaters in Atlanta as a display car, before it was sold by Jim Ellis Porsche in Atlanta. Then, in 2010 the car came back to a collector in Germany. Here the car was converted to european standards (headlights, bumper cover, speedo). All the original US spec parts are still on hand. Other then that the car is completely original, accident free and has no repaint. Further the spare wheel, jack, tools, boot cover etc is also all original. Extensive records of the vehicle’s history are available as well, along with the original owners manual and service book. Due to various oil leaks the engine was rebuild at app. 109.000 KM. Also at the same time the tires where renewed (with Porsche-N markings), brakes renewed (disk and pads) and various other maintenace work was done.
