Motorsport expertise is once again the key to top performance. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 is powered by a four-liter, six-cylinder naturally aspirated engine with 500 hp (368 kW) and 460 Newton meters of torque, combined with a specially developed PDK seven-speed transmission. The largest-displacement and most powerful naturally aspirated engine with direct fuel injection in the 911 family propels the high-performance sports car from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds.
The Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 is a prime example of highly intelligent lightweight construction. For the first time, the roof is made of magnesium, the engine and trunk lid are made of carbon fiber, and additional lightweight components are made of alternative materials. This means the RS model weighs around ten kilograms less than the conventional Porsche 911 GT3.
This is one of two world-famous examples delivered in the special color (PTS) "Mint." It is further enhanced by coveted features such as the lift system, the 918 Spyder full bucket seats, Sport Chrono Plus, ceramic brakes (PCCB), and other X-special options, including carbon elements from the Exclusives department.
This 991.1 GT3 RS is in new, as-delivered condition. The owner only allowed himself just over 1,150 km after picking up the car on July 22, 2016 from the Porsche Center in Münster. The car has not been used on the race track and has no over-revving performance.
Conclusion: This super 911 embodies the reputation of the past. From a Porsche era in which engineers and technicians were allowed to develop a vehicle without a GPF and downsizing.
Therefore, this model – especially as a PTS one-off in the legendary "Mint" color – will prove to be a very valuable investment in the long term.
