The car is immediately ready for use, has been serviced up to date, and has a very comprehensive vehicle history/file since 1999 with all receipts/invoices, TÜV reports, and the original, old vehicle registration document. The original on-board folder and logbook, as well as the original tool set, are present. A total of €81,080.94 has been invested in the car over the past 16 years.
The engine and transmission were overhauled by RUF. New shock absorbers, tires, etc., put the total mileage of the body into perspective. We have thoroughly inspected the vehicle inside, out, and underneath. Our current inventory includes around 600 photos (including details).
The frequent registrations and deregistrations over several years during the winter (85 months) are all documented in the vehicle registration document appendix.

The car had damage in the area of the front right fender in its previous days, which was replaced. The car has been partially repainted over the years. However, the cowl, A-pillars, B-pillars and the roof still show measured values of less than 100 my!
Background to our condition description:
For 20 years we have been carrying out maintenance and repair work on air-cooled vehicles, dismantling them down to the last screw before the bare bodies are stripped of paint and derusted in phosphoric acid. During this dismantling work, which precedes the immersion bath and cathodic dip painting, and the subsequent component reworking and reassembly, we hold even the smallest component in our hands several times. This enables us, as a meticulous restoration specialist with renowned national and international references, to assess used vehicles for you in detail. After all, a 111-point check is limited to 111 points, and a TÜV stamp is only of limited value to us.
Why do we mention this?
Because it lets you know, at the original factory, before the purchase is completed, what you are getting in return in terms of the actual condition. This is especially true with regard to the comprehensive body and technical inspection of the underside of the car and its usually uncommented nooks and crannies.
We document all abnormalities and components with photos. This is the most important thing for every buyer and preserves the enjoyment of the car – even after the purchase.
