The vehicle was delivered to Porsche Raffay & Co. in Hamburg on March 27, 1985 and exported to the USA shortly thereafter.
The owner history in the USA is very well documented by the Carfax.
The vehicle was transported by the then owner in the USA to Porsche in Germany so that the Porsche repair department could convert it into a "Slantnose". In the process, the engine was also replaced by Porsche.
Engines with very low mileage only had the update installed; from a mileage of 20,000 km the entire unit was replaced.
Between 2022 and 2024, the vehicle was extensively technically overhauled and tuned.
Essentially, the engine and transmission were completely overhauled and an improved chassis installed.
The work was carried out by Roitmayer and is documented by various invoices (€ 112,000.00).
There is a current Classic Data report with a condition rating of 2+ and a Porsche Classic certificate for the vehicle. Both describe the very good optical and technical condition of the unique vehicle.
