1 of 50 original 964 Cup from the first series and successfully used in the first 911 Porsche racing series in 1990. Raced in Zolder, Avus, Nürburgring, Hockenheim, etc.

Very original racing car with the look and technology from 1990. No subsequent conversions or changes. That's very rare.

The car has the original body (VIN and body number) and matching numbers and is accident-free, although it competed in almost the entire 1990 season and finished 11th overall. The car has the original Matter cage with the 1990 sticker, the original steering wheel, interior, keys, Cup rims, chassis, etc. In addition, a set of 18-inch rims is included.

The 964 Cup is perfectly documented, with a huge wealth of documents spread across several folders. From the original purchase invoice, contracts, extensive correspondence with Porsche as the series organizer, some of it with Herbert Linge, the original car pass with all race entries from 1990 to the present, old pictures, event passes, stickers, etc.

The original, complete on-board folder with service booklet and the rare addition of the operating instructions is also available, as is the official Porsche factory poster on which the car is shown.

The 964 runs perfectly. We used the car in two rounds of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Classic in 2023, where it ran like clockwork, including in Hockenheim for the 75th Porsche anniversary as part of the current Porsche Cup, which has brought things full circle.

Due to its originality, rarity and perfect documentation, the 964 Cup is a highlight of every important Porsche collection, ready for immediate use, e.g. in the Porsche Sprint Challenge Classic or any other suitable historic racing event, as well as at track days and Porsche exhibitions.
