The Porsche shines in its original color "light ivory white". In 2023/2024, a comprehensive engine overhaul was carried out, during which the engine was restored true to the original. This work is fully photo-documented. Both the carburetor and the engine were completely overhauled by specialists. The gearbox, which was overhauled a few years ago, also received additional sealing. The first gear at the bottom left and the other four gears shift perfectly, and the engine delivers a real 90 hp to the rear axle.
In the period 2021/2022, the chassis, shock absorbers, swords and axle parts were renewed at Classicmeile. In addition, BF Torino seats of the Nürburgring R type were installed, which offer extremely high seating comfort even on longer vintage car trips. Even for drivers who are 1.9 meters tall, the comfort is excellent. The houndstooth pattern of the seats goes perfectly with the classic 912.
The steering wheel was reupholstered by a specialist and further upholstery work was carried out. All display instruments were overhauled by a VDO speedometer specialist. Around €35,000 has been invested in the vehicle since 2019. All receipts and invoices are available and can be viewed. The engine overhaul was also comprehensively documented.
