Unique: For the anniversary of the 911, the engineers in Weissach have built a puristic sports car with a focus on driving pleasure: the 911 S/T. Elements from the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur such as start numbers on the doors or the Porsche logo in the design of the original ‘Elfer’ match the gold-colored lettering on the back. The 911 S/T is limited to 1,963 units.
Dynamic: The 911 S/T is the ‘Elfer’ for maximum driving pleasure on winding roads. The model combines the strengths of the 911 GT3 with Touring Package and 911 GT3 RS. A naturally aspirated, 386 kW (525 hp, 911 S/T: combined fuel consumption (WLTP) 13.8 l/100 km, combined CO₂ emissions (WLTP) 313 g/km, CO₂ class G , CO₂ class weighted combined G ) 4-litre boxer engine with a short manual transmission and an improved chassis setup was chosen. The 911 S/T accelerates to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds.
Individual comfort,
Luxurious: The Heritage Design Package combines maximum driving pleasure with elegant comfort. This includes a two-tone semi-aniline leather interior in black/classic cognac and a roof lining made of perforated Dinamica. Carbon bucket seats are standard, the four-way adjustable sports seat Plus is available as an option. In the Sport Chrono Package, the instrument cluster and stopwatch are finished in historic green.
Consistently built lightweight,
Athlete: The 911 S/T weighs 1,380 kilograms and is therefore the lightest model of the 992 generation. In addition to various weight reductions, the engineers developed a lightweight clutch for this ‘Elfer’. Together with a single-mass flywheel, the weight of the rotating mass is reduced by approximately 10.2 kilograms compared to the 992 GT3 with manual transmission. This improves the response: the engine turns very quickly and reacts directly.
Historic examples,
Heritage: The new 911 S/T is the descendant of a very sporty version of the first 911 generation. From 1969, Porsche offered the 911 S – internally called the 911 ST – with a special racing version. Modifications to the chassis, wheels, engine and bodywork significantly improved performance. The anniversary model picks up the original spirit and carries it over to the current generation.
