Known as Slantnose, Flatnose and many other names, this option available through Porsche Sonderwunsch (and then Porsche Exclusive from 1986) was a tribute to the 935 and was chosen extremely rarely, as only 34 examples were produced with this specification during the 1983 model year.
The example we are presenting today is one of these 34 Flat Nose and is one of the first examples produced with fiber door panels and not plastic as was the case later. Built and sold by the Exclusive Department, it was delivered to the Stuttgart factory to its first owner on November 30, 1982. Imported to Monaco in the 1990s, it was serviced there at the Porsche Center (Group Segond Monaco) in 1995 with just over 7,000 km on the clock before joining a French collection. Presenting excellent interior and exterior condition, the car is paint with its original Grand Prix White color, combined with a beige and black interior and has a nice list of options for the period, including the sunroof, the air conditioning, the Kenwood and JBL audio system with its Blaupunkt radio, and the 40% limited slip differential. This Matching Numbers 930 Turbo Flat Nose now shows 22.500 km on the odometer. Finally, major maintenance will of course be carried out before being handed over to its new owner.
This 930 Turbo Flat Nose is visible by physical or digital appointment in our showroom. Do not hesitate to request a video or the digitized historical file which we will be happy to share.
