What do we mean by “right cars”? First and foremost, we think these are honest cars. Cars that have a good history, have not been messed up, well maintained and cherished by their owners and technically by professional mechanics. Quality cars of which everything is known and well documented. In short, they all have to be cars that, in the first minute you see the car, you say: “this could be it.” We always say if you don’t have that feeling: walk away.
We had the right feeling when we first saw the Porsche 911 3.2 Coupe. After examining and driving the car very carefully and studying the three thick maps with all the documentation from day one, there was really only one conclusion: how is it possible… A car that is almost 40 years old and still looks so perfect. Beautiful in the partly original paint, and thanks to the great quality, beautiful leather interior, a great running and dry engine, a wonderful five-speed gearbox, and an overall beautiful appearance.
That first day started with registration on July 1, 1984 and the delivery by German Porsche dealer Jacob Fleischauer GmbH from Bonn to the first owner, a US soldier stationed in Germany. The car is a European version including the original 930/20 type engine. The soldier returned to the US in 1986 and took the 911 with him. He then sold the car to the second owner, Mr. Lamb. Everything, including purchase agreement etc. is documented. California regulations stipulated that the odometer had to be changed to a mile counter. This is of course all documented.
In 2015 the car came back to Europe and a Belgian enthusiast became the third owner, and a year ago the car ended up in a Dutch Porsche collection. The 911 has therefore only had four owners in almost 40 years. Very unique is the fact that the owners were all true enthusiasts, who not only enjoyed the beautiful Coupe, but who also managed to preserve the “authenticity” of the car. And that is unfortunately not the case for 99% of cars. They achieved this, among other things, by not using it for just any ride, but purely for pleasure rides. That is why the odometer now shows 81.466 km. A rare low position, and the car shows that. Not only from the outside, but also at the underside. Not a single spot of rust or damage is visible. Everything is literally exactly as the Porsche factory was left at the time.
Seeing is believing, we say. That is why you are also very welcome to come over and admire this unique Porsche 911 3.2 Coupe. Because if you are looking for a Porsche in its purest and unrestored condition, that drives like a new one, is fully documented, and also in the rare and one of the most beautiful color combinations Moos Green and cream leather: then you should not miss this car. We would like to register you as the fifth owner of this piece of historical heritage. Ferry would be grateful…
