The intention was to create a much sportier 996 Turbo with a great deal of GT car influence. The result is a 996 Turbo that has the mechanical feel of a more refined 996 GT2 with far better than original suspension and a host of other upgrades. It retains the relatively restrained visuals of a 996 Turbo without embellishment, but the colour palette definitely makes for a more interesting vehicle in our books and was built without regard for cost so whomever purchases it will end up with a phenomenal car at a price that pales in comparison to the build costs.
