Porsche launched the 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series in 2018 as the ultimate incarnation of the 911 Turbo S. Created in partnership with its in-house specialist division, Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, it was limited to just 500 examples. Each featured a bespoke build plaque and was adorned with numerous incredibly desirable upgrades that were not available to buyers of the regular Turbo S.
Perhaps the most immediately obvious changes are on the outside, beginning with the bonnet and roof—unique to the car in being made from carbon fibre. This is made evident through the presence of two central clear stripes that show off the carbon weave beneath. Other carbon fibre features include the wing mirrors, window triangles, sills, side air intakes, and a bespoke Exclusive rear wing and diffuser.
Under the rear bonnet there is also carbon fibre dressing to the engine—itself fettled with an Exclusive Power Kit and bespoke exhaust system that together raise power to 599 brake horsepower, making the Exclusive Series the most powerful Turbo S ever produced. The black wheels are also bespoke to the car; they feature laser-etched gold accents that set them apart visually while complementing the unique black and gold finish on the PCCB callipers nestled behind.
The Exclusive Manufaktur treatment continues inside, where unique carbon fibre trim is used in conjunction with black leather seats and a black Alcantara headliner. The carbon fibre itself incorporates a copper thread to give a gold fleck in sunlight, as if to remind any occupant that they are sitting in something very special indeed. Gold accent stitching throughout and a sound system by Burmester complete the incredible cabin.
This single-owner example is number 433 of 500 and was first registered in July 2018, specified in black and outfitted with all the aforementioned equipment, as well as the additional options of adaptive cruise control and front axle lift. It has been serviced in accordance with the manufacturer schedule in July 2020, at which point it had covered just 805 kilometres. It is covered by its manufacturers warranty until July 2022 and is presented in stunning, “as-new”, condition having been driven just over 1,000 kilometres at time of cataloguing.
History has shown that individually numbered 911s are highly sought-after items, and previous Exclusive Manufaktur projects corroborate this deduction: The 911 R, Speedster and, 50th Anniversary Edition cars can sit proudly in any collection. Offered in as close to new as one could reasonably expect to find, this special 911 Turbo S is sure to thrill its next owner; its coveted Exclusive Series designation adds rarity and exclusivity to an already extremely desirable model.
