Delivered in November 1982, the car we are offering for sale is one of 34 Flatnoses rolling off the production lines with 1983 specifications. Ultimately, only 59 Porsche 930 Turbo Flatnoses without the pop-up headlights were produced (between 1981 and 1984), which makes this car extremely rare. This car is all the more special as it is one of the first Flatnose produced (chassis WPOZZZ93ZDS000295), with fiberglass body panels and not plastic as was the case later. The power of the 3.3L Flat 6 of the 930 Turbo reaches 300 horsepower, allowing it to reach 60 mph in 5 seconds for a maximum speed of around 161 mph.
Sold new on November 30, 1982 by the Porsche Exclusive department and delivered at the Stuttgart factory to a privileged customer from Saudi Arabia, this Flatnose was in Zürich in 1983. Imported to Monaco in the 1990s, it was serviced there at the Porsche Center in 1995, the car had 7,000 km. It then joined a French collection. Matching colors and matching numbers (engine and gearbox), this car painted in original Grand Prix White with the interior covered in beige and black leather has air conditioning, electric sunroof, 40% limited slip differential, a Blaupunkt car radio and a Kenwood and JBL audio system. This 930 is in excellent condition and was recently serviced, it now has only 21,300 certified kilometers.
